To prevent falls, if I were you I would set the bike to your height. your saddle is set way too low and your handlebars could also be a little higher. then you have much more feeling with your bike.

I would wear a bike helmet, though^^ it's safer if you ever (subconsciously^^) decide to bike into a poll and fall back again! i'm not making fun of you 'cause, I can use a bike but i'm afraid to do it on the road with cars/traffic). in france, most people use helmets (it's mandatory for under 12yo, but adults do wear it most of the time). Would that be considered ridiculous in Irland? or do people also wear helmets when riding a bicycle?

I can't do bikes after I broke my arm. Don't know if recumbents are a thing there... have to go to specialty shop here. Got a tadpole trike. Way more comfortable, and way more fun. Wicked fast going down hills though.

When Facts. died, I just was so sad and then suddenly you were all back in a new channel (same sort of things that I love!) with some new people too.
